Now accepting early bird registrations for family camp in 2023!

We are now accepting family camp registrations! Registrations with deposit* received by March 31, 2023 qualify for a $40 credit in the camp store. Most importantly you will reserve a space for your family for family camp!

*If you have already paid your deposit, a new deposit will not be required at registration. Please complete full registration so that we have details for reserving your lodging. If you would like to check on your deposit status, please email Tanya at tanya@camphirock.org.

Stay tuned for information coming soon about our new Family Camp Planning Committee and for an opportunity to provide feedback on Family Camp 2022 and input for Family Camp 2023 via a survey.

Family Camp Housing Information

We will do our best to honor housing requests through a complete registration form (or online registration) received with a deposit in the order they are received. Returning families will be given priority to reserve the same housing they have had in previous years until March 31, 2023. After March 31, 2023, housing will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Deposits without complete registration forms (or online registrations) will not serve to reserve housing. If multiple returning families have had the same housing in prior years (for example, if two families stayed in the same cabin for different parts of the week in prior years) camp staff will use their discretion, in consultation with the board of directors, to assign housing taking all families’ preferences into account. Lodge space is limited and will be assigned according to the parameters above.
